- What's your name?

My name is Fatema Karim

- What's your business or occupation about?

I am the founder of BE-U at and I teach entrepreneurs and small businesses how to stand out from the crowd and make their business known, we also have a “Light the way” scholarship program where a percentage of our proceeds to towards helping underprivileged students in Africa and Bangladesh.

- What does your average work day look like?

My average works day involves connecting my students and other business owners, giving direction to my staff, working on contents, taking some time to read and learn, teaching, and empowering.


What's the hardest part about your work?

Not getting distracted by all the information that are out there and keeping myself focused on finishing tasks and activities I have planned on completing for that day.

- What keeps you motivated?

In terms of productivity, crossing things from my list when they are done. In life, my family, my students, and my devotion to serve others.

- What's the best productivity method that works for you?

If a task takes less than 5 minutes do it immediately.

- What's the best advice you've ever heard?

The best advice I have ever heard was "Failure is not the opposite of success, it is part of success".

- How do you recharge?

By spending time with family at the end of the day and being outdoor connecting with nature.

-  What's something you haven't said, but worth mentioning?

When you are feeling overwhelmed doing something, go back to why you started. This always helps me stay on track
